A website for one of Canada’s leading telecommunication companies, designed to help customers purchase tv, internet, and home phone. In an attempt to boost conversion rates across each line of business, the project included an extensive overhaul of their product landing pages, detail pages, and buy flow. Strategic planning and thinking around various elements on the site such as price bugs, call to actions, and content placement were implemented. Multivariate and A/B tests were also performed in order to validate strategic conversion drivers.
