Glassdoor, a world-leader in offering insights into company jobs, cultures, and employees, was eager to pave the Diversity and Inclusion highway by giving both job seekers and employers a new product that would help break down barriers and further move the needle on corporate diversity. The new product, their 6th major workplace factor, allows job seekers and employees to voluntarily offer personal demographic information such as race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and more. In addition, a desire by users for employer FAQs was also built and introduced to assist with highlighting the new D&I content now available across the site.
